The new devices are not entirely new. The red rice Note 11SE is essentially the repackaged red rice Note 10S launched last year. This means the red rice Note 11SE has the same hardware and basically the same design.

The phone has a central punch for the selfie, a four-camera sensor with a rectangular layout, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and a variety of color choices.

While it may be puzzling why Xiaomi decided to rebrand and re-launch an existing model under a different name, it was actually a smart move to refresh existing products and make more money.

Let’s take a look at the red rice Note 11SE’s specs, pricing, and launch offers.

Xiaomi Red Rice Note 11SE specification

Like the red rice Note 10S, the Note 11se comes with a 6.43-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, protected by Khang Ninh Gorilla 3 glass and a perforated cut in the center. The display is an AMOLED unit that supports a 60Hz refresh rate, 1100 nits peak brightness, DCI-P3 color gamut, and low blue light certified by SGS.

Under the hood, we found that Mediatek’s Helio G95 SoC matched ARM Mali-G76 MC4. The phone has up to 6GB of LPDDR4X memory and up to 64GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It runs on Miui 12.5 custom skins based on Android 11, and Let’s face it, it’s a shame. It can be updated to Miui 13 at least.

The Note 11SE has a four-camera setup on the back, a 64-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There’s also a 13-megapixel camera for selfies.

There is a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging, although you don’t get the device’s charging bricks. For connectivity, we have 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi AC, Bluetooth v5.0, NFC, infrared sensors, 3.5 mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port.

The device has an IP53 rating and dual speakers. Biometrics are handled by a physical fingerprint reader mounted on the side.
